Swipe Safe Alignments
Table 2 shows relevant alignments between indicators, concepts, factors, questions, and issues. Concepts and Issues are areas that Swipe Safe training focusses on. Indicators, Factors, and Questions are elements of the child-centred indicator framework. Concepts and Issues are colour coded to facilitate identification. For example:
- Indicator CI-OS-SE.01.sb (Children say the behaviour they see from other people online is not harmful to them or others) aligns with the Swipe Safe Concept “Connection”
- The plain language question example “Is most of the behaviour children encounter online safe for them/other children?” aligns with Factor “Encounters: behaviour” and Swipe Safe Issue “Experiences”.
